1- Where can I get a ValueStar "2 for 1" Membership card?
A- The best way to get your hands on a ValueStar Membership Card is to have the school, church, sports association or charitable organization you are involved with to have a fundraiser using our product. B-If this is not an option for you, you can purchase the cards at a retail location on behalf of a local charity. See list below. C-You can also go to www.valuestar-register.ca to purchase a membership online.

2- How do I register my card?
We apologize if this is a little "cumbersome". Our goal was to give each member a full year of use out of their membership rather than having a constant expiry date of Sept 30 every year. To provide this option we had to include an extra step in registering your card. If you already have a ValueStar Membership Card, first, scratch off the hidden number on the back of your ValueStar 2 FOR1 Card. Go to www.valuestar-register.ca and choose "Register 2 For1 card" under the Main Menu. Click “Add to Cart” then insert your scratchoff number (Coupon Code) in the required field and complete all other required info. You will receive an e-mail with a new number (registration key). With this number go to our print site www.valuestar.ca and click the “Register ” tab OR scroll to bottom and click the “step #2, Register with Key” button. Type in the required info including your registration key and you will have access to the valuestar.ca site for a full year. B- If you do NOT have a membership card see next question.
3- Can I join valuestar.ca to print coupons without a membership card?
YES!! Go to www.valuestar-register.ca and choose "Buy 1 Year membership" under the Main Menu. To unlock the key to our print site click the “add to cart” button. Fill in all required info under “Creat a New Account” and submit. You will receive an e-mail with a number (registration key). With this number go to our print site www.valuestar.ca and click the “Register with key ” tab OR scroll to bottom and click the “Step #2, Register with Key” button. Type in the required info including your registration key and you will have access to the valuestar.ca site for a full year.
4- How do I know what coupons are in my area?
We currently have coupons in Greater Moncton and Greater Fredericton only. To find the coupons specific to your area, using Internet Exployer, go to our print site www.valuestar.ca and click the red “Advance search” words. In the new screen click the drop down box to select New Brunswick as your Market Area. Another popup will come up for you to select your city…either Moncton or Fredericton. Then click “search”. Only the coupons in YOUR city will come up. Anyone can see these coupons but you must login with your username and password to PRINT.
5-My coupon failed to print, now I can’t use that coupon. What do I do?
